The Pope’s Hill Neighborhood Association (PHNA) invites you to join us, your neighbors and friends as we steer our civic mission.   The current association’s membership offers an eclectic mix of individuals who work hard to fuse divergent ideas into neighborhood symmetry.  Our goals our modest, but our scope is as diverse as our members.  We will maintain steadfast in our goal to strike an equal balance between quality of life and city living because we realize that these issues are not mutually exclusive.

The Pope’s Hill Neighborhood Association meets on the fourth Wednesday of the month.  Our meetings run from  7:00 - 9:00.
